(Bar)re Bell and Yoga Summer 2024 Pop Up Series

An outdoor pop-up Barre class in Providence's picturesque 195 District Park, just off the pedestrian bridge! This 45-minute class combines aspects of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to strengthen and lengthen muscles. This low impact, invigorating, practice is accessible and easily modified for all fitness levels. This event is BYOM (bring your own mat).

After class, you'll be refreshed with a cocktail/mocktail provided by amazing mixologists from Plant City! Nothing could be better.

Gretchen Bell is a Barre and Yoga Instructor and is Barre Guild, ACE Group Fitness and 500hr YA Certified, and has been teaching Barre since 2019. Her appreciation of a challenging workout paired with the joy of practicing in community is what has kept her engaged in the practice for years. She hopes you'll find something in this class that resonates with you!
